The conference takes place in the Estonian National Museum, located at the centre of the historic Raadi Manor complex and the old Soviet Military Airport, which opened on 1 October 2016.

Location
The conference auditorium is Jakob Hurt Hall, equipped with free Wi-Fi and 2-pin plugs located under the seats.
Coffee breaks are provided for all conference participants outside Jakob Hurt Hall.
Participants pay for their own lunch at the restaurant.

Exhibitions
Conference participants enjoy free admission to the exhibition "Rannarotslased. Estonia-Swedes". They also have access to two permanent exhibitions: the Estonian exhibition Encounters, and the Finno-Ugric exhibition Echo of the Urals. In addition, several temporary exhibitions are free of charge for conference participants.

Library
At the main entrance to the Estonian National Museum is the museum library, open from Tuesday to Friday 10:00-17:00. Computers are available for use and phones can be charged there. If you need to print your conference paper or boarding pass or make photocopies, this can be done in the library.

Getting to ENM

On foot
From the city centre walk up Roosi Street crossing a couple of other streets until you come to Muuseumi tee, you will see the main entrance to the ENM across the street in front of you. From the Tartu Town Hall Square, it is approximately a 20- to 30-minute walk.

By bike
You can use the Tartu Smart Bikes for getting around the city. For more information, you need to check the website: https://ratas.tartu.ee/ and download the Tartu Smart Bike mobile app.

Public transport
From the city centre the no. 7 bus goes to ENM (ERM) once every half hour from Kesklinn/Soola stop. And from ERM back to Kesklinn/Soola once in half an hour. The ride takes around 10 minutes, the last bus goes at 22 from the ENM to the direction of the centre. Information is available at web.peatus.ee, enter ‘Kesklinn’ and ‘ERM’ for details.

From the train station, through the city center (Kesklinn/Soola stop), bus no 25 goes to ENM (ERM).

Tartu buses use a chip card system (Ühiskaart) but you have also the option of paying for your bus ride with your bank card using contactless payment on every ride (1.50 €)

Taxi
Most taxi drivers speak some English and all taxis are equipped with meters. The journey from the main square to the museum by Elektritakso (call: 1918) is around €5-7 euros. The Bolt app is also widely used in Estonia.
